Innervisions, as my good friend Karen wrote in June 2002, is a collection of heartfelt poems that reflect the visions of a man who has experienced life and influenced many. These poems are a collection of my most inner thoughts and feelings, and love of God, family, and country. Most of these poems were written during the period from 1974""1976 on little bits of paper which I carried with me for over forty years.

Innervisions is a book of poetry and visions of life, love, nature, peace and friendship.

I wish to dedicate this book to my mother, Vera, who was a tremendous influence on my entire life and the successes I have achieved. Thank you, mama!
