Mossy is a very bossy mosquito. Mossy thinks he lives in the country at a beautiful pond. Actually, it is a backyard pool in town. He loves playing with his best friends but often finds himself being a bully.

Mossy has a difficult time allowing others to make choices and still be able to play. He also likes everything to be his way and for everyone to do what he chooses. His friends have to learn to not be controlled by him and still be his friend.
