The story is about a little girl who loves to race inside the pool. Her name is Goggle Girl. It's a big day at the swim meet, and Goggle Girl is racing hard. She only has a few more races to go. But as she is preparing for her race, she is forced to make a decision to false start in order to save energy for her next big event.

This is a big decision Goggle Girl has to make, and she made the decision to follow her heart.
