Stories for Around the Campfire

In this age of technology, video games, and texting, families have lost contact with each other and have created a world within themselves. Parents are too busy with their jobs making money to buy more technology to entertain their children. The children are wrapped up in their cell phones continuously texting to their friends, oblivious to their family around them. Growing up before the age of computers, I had the opportunity to experience the old fashion art of storytelling. I would like to believe that this art has not been forgotten but has only taken a back seat to progress. These stories are an attempt to break away from our modern vices and take time to have family time. Many have forgotten this magic art and need a little boost to their imagination. These stories can be told to your children in backyard campouts away from cell phones and computers. With these stories, you may be given a boost to your own imagination so you can tell your own stories to your children.

Give it a try.
